Scheduling Tasks

Scheduling tasks in TrackerSuite.Net is easy. Utilizing its flexible Work Breakdown Structure, organizations can easily schedule work, utilizing tools for tasks linking and indenting to assemble sequences of work packages.

Users can click the hyperlinked tasks for their full descriptions. This view also shows the task's status, beginning and ending dates, hours and expenses logged against the task, and the task's assignee.

Tasks can be added to the WBS either manually, from a template or by import. The WBS can also be exported to Microsoft Project.

In conjunction with an established Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), intersections of the WBS and OBS can be identified for the establishment of Control Accounts, in accordance with the ANSI/EIA 748 standard for Earned Value Management systems.
