Automation Centre Launches New TrackerSuite.Net Project Management Software

Mobile support request(TUCSON, AZ -September 10, 2013) Automation Centre, a leading developer of collaborative project software, has announced an update to TrackerSuite.Net, a collection of web-based applications for project management, billing, CRM, HR and reporting. The new version will support mobile accounting, help desk and CRM tools, automated email tracking and user-friendly security options.

Updated to meet the needs of remote workers, TrackerSuite.Net will now allow users to submit expense reports and support tickets, and review and update customer information from mobile devices. Thus, team members can stay engaged in project developments and dialogue on the road.

The new version also boasts deeper email integration and tracking features. Decision makers will automatically receive real-time updates on project progress, expense reports, vacation request and more, saving time that would otherwise be spent sorting through tangles of emails. Common email clients like Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Gmail and others are compatible.

“Leaders won’t have to lift a finger to get the business intelligence they need,” said Steven Birchfield, founder of Automation Centre. “With this update, we automatically take care of the email clutter that decision makers would normally sift through. We bring actionable updates straight to project leaders so they can stay focused on their goals.”

In addition to mobile functionality and automated email reporting, the update includes new customizable security features. For instance, a project leader can now restrict access to tabs detailing productivity, billing, budgeting and other sensitive matters while still giving employees full use of the project management features they need.

“The goal of this update was to make the Cloud easier and more accessible for our users,” said Birchfield. “To be truly accessible, web-apps need to function on both mobile devices and traditional computers. We’re excited that TrackerSuite.Net now provides that service.”

The new version is now available.  Visit www.TrackerSuite.Net to learn more about the product and its capabilities, and to register for a free demo.
