• Managers and executives can leverage program level dashboards, from which they can drill into project portfolio views, including color-coded views of project portfolio warnings and health as well as project portfolio risks.
• In a personal workspace dashboard, users can assemble widgets for the information and tools they use on a daily basis, including company calendars, announcements, Inbox and Outboxes for their timesheets, expense reports and purchase requests, and more.
• Dashboards for individual projects, with widgets for Project Budget vs. Actual, Project Health, Project WBS by Milestone, Project Resource Availability, Project Issues and Risks and more.

After configuring the project management dashboard to his or her needs, the user can save the reconfigured dashboard for later use.

Drill Down for Details

From a project management dashboard, users can quickly drill down into views including dynamic Project Gantt Charts, Task Dashboards and Calendars, Planned vs. Actual time spent on the tasks, and their Earned Value.

TrackerSuite.Net also provides resource availability views at Weekly and Monthly level. Using these views, managers can quickly identify resources that are under or over-utilized and shift their allocation accordingly.
