Help Desk Dashboard

Support Tracker.Net, a a Web based help desk, provides configurable help desk dashboards, allowing users to assemble their own workspace with widgets including Open / Closed / Escalated Tickets and views of ticket assignments, color-coded by status. Users can save reconfigured dashboards as private views. Users can also leverage sort, filter and search functions to review tickets in the system.
