Project Program Management

Project Tracker.Net simplifies project program management, allowing organizations to organize their projects in hierarchies.

Programs are outlined in a program definition document that includes the designated manager of the program, start and end dates, its theme and the initiative that drives it. If the program is directly related to a customer, that customer and a specific contract can be selected in the program definition document as well.

From this view, by clicking the program name the user is taken to a Program Desktop, which provides an overview of all projects and support issues within the program.
