Customer Billing with Web Timesheets
TrackerSuite.Net proves web based timesheets that, combined with QuickBooks, simplify the customer billing process.
Utilizing Web timesheets, users can report time charged to customer projects from any location via the Web or their email client. Customer billing rates are stored in the project definition document.
TrackerSuite.Net simplifies timesheet creation, allowing users to quickly charge time to customer projects and tasks using picklists. For employees involved in repetitive or long-term project activities, a "Last Submitted" button creates a new timesheet copied from the last saved timesheet, with the click of a button.
Once the timesheet is submitted, it is automatically routed through the approval process, with an activity log that records all edits and approvals.
Once the timesheet has been fully approved and processed, the billable time can be invoiced and then posted to QuickBooks. During the invoicing stage, accounting also has the opportunity to select what time is billable.
As well as Web timesheets, TrackerSuite.Net also offers expense reports that simplify customer billing.
