Employee Salary Information

Personnel Tracker.Net, a personnel management software solution, provides comprehensive online employee files which include salary information. Access to salary information can be restricted by user role. For example, Personnel Tracker.Net can be configured so that only users with an "HR" role can be allowed access to salary information. In such a case, users with a Manager or Administrator role, who otherwise have full access to employee files, will not be able to view employee salary information.
