Support Ticket Categories

Configurable category profiles in Support Tracker.Net, a Web based help desk system, automate the routing of support tickets.

The top screenshot shows a hierarchical listing of the category profiles. Category levels may be renamed. The lower screenshot shows an individual profile document. Profiles can include templates for requests. In this example, the "Software" category includes a template asking key questions about the application in question, the operating system and installed memory.
