The Tracker Data Warehouse, a Web based reporting engine, provides an array of reports on organizational resources, including employee lists and headcount reports. Employee capacity reports such as this provide a graphic representation of the time available to employees versus the time actually spent. It can be filtered by business unit, manager, and finally on an individual employee basis.

These reports leverage data from Personnel Tracker.Net, an online employee database that supports Resource Breakdown Structure management.
